Products are supplied in line with agreed specifications, available seasonality, and commercially reasonable agricultural tolerances. Natural variation in color, size, moisture, aroma, and yield may occur within accepted industry standards.

6. Pricing, Currency, and Payment Terms

• Prices are as stated in written quotations or invoices and may change before order acceptance.
• Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due in cleared funds according to the invoice schedule.
• Buyer is responsible for applicable bank fees, transfer charges, withholding taxes, duties, and destination-country levies unless explicitly allocated otherwise in writing.
• Late payment may result in suspension of dispatch, cancellation of pending allocations, and/or interest or recovery costs where legally permissible.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk Transfer

Delivery windows are estimates unless guaranteed in writing. For exports, risk and responsibility transfer according to the agreed shipping terms (including any referenced Incoterms version). Delays caused by freight, customs, inspections, weather, or force majeure events are handled in good faith and are not automatic grounds for liability.

8. Inspection, Claims, and Non-Conformity

• Buyer must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
• Visible defects, short delivery, or transit issues must be reported in writing within 48 hours, with supporting photos, batch references, and receiving records.
• Latent quality concerns must be reported within a commercially reasonable period and with traceable evidence.
• No disposal, relabeling, or rework should occur before allowing reasonable investigation, unless urgent safety requirements apply.

9. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Due to perishability and export handling constraints, returns are generally not accepted unless expressly authorized. Confirmed orders may only be canceled or modified by written agreement. Approved remedies may include replacement, credit note, or partial refund at our reasonable discretion based on verified findings.

10. Regulatory and Import Compliance

We commit to operating under applicable production and quality frameworks, including certifications where specified. Buyer remains responsible for destination-country import approvals, labeling rules, customs documentation requirements, and post-import legal obligations unless explicitly contracted otherwise.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding elements, logos, text, graphics, and media are owned by or licensed to La Satarah. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit website content without prior written consent.
